Male Pole Dancers
These are the Aussie Pole Boys, a gay performance group who are showing that pole dancing doesn’t have to be a gender-specific activity. Their show is distinctly athletic and burlesque, and watching it I find myself wondering why pole dancing isn’t part of the Olympic gymnastic program - for men AND women.
I’ve written about my own failed poledancing attempts before and so naturally I’m in awe of the balance and strength required to make the whole thing look effortless.
