Save Mister Splashy Pants
It’s official. Greenpeace is naming the whale Mister Splashy Pants, after the name received 78% of the online poll votes.
They’ve now got an online petition to the Japanese government that says:
To the Japanese Fisheries Agency, I want you to promise that you will NOT kill Mister Splashy Pants and his friends.
That’s just too funny. But it’s also great because it will garner a lot of publicity for the anti-whaling cause. You can sign the petition here.
