Australian Porn Film Industry Article
The Age has a lengthy article on the state of the Australian porn film industry here. It’s isn’t a huge business at this point, and very few adult films are made here.
“It is, technically, illegal to make (porn) films in Australia,” says Fiona Patten, executive officer of the Eros Association, Australia’s national adult retail and entertainment association.
Despite this, it is still possible to make smut movies in the Australian Capital Territory. But it’s all a bit confusing, really.
